Public Liability Insurance — up to £5,000,000
Covers injury to members of the public and damage to third-party property arising from our work.
Property & Contents Protection
Includes cover for customers' property (up to £25,000), items temporarily removed for cleaning (up to £100,000), loss of customer keys (up to £100,000), and defective work (up to £50,000).
Professional Indemnity Insurance — up to £1,000,000
Covers claims arising from errors or negligence in the professional advice or services we provide.
Documentation
A copy of our insurance certificate is available on request. If you are a letting agent, housing association, local authority or other organisation that requires proof of cover before instructing us, please contact us and we'll send the documentation straight over.
What we cannot cover
We cannot accept responsibility for issues resulting from pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or work carried out by third parties after our services have been completed.
