4. Quotations
Any quotation provided is valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
Quotations are based on the information supplied by the customer. If the condition of the property or the scope of work differs significantly from the original description, we reserve the right to revise the quotation before work begins.
5. Bookings
A booking is confirmed once agreed by both parties.
We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings where it is not reasonably possible to provide the requested service.
6. Payments
Payment is due in accordance with the terms agreed when the booking is made.

If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer an alternative appointment or refund any deposit paid.

Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property.
If we are unable to gain access at the agreed time, additional charges may apply.

- There is abusive or threatening behaviour.
- Hazardous materials are present that were not disclosed.

10. Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:

- Secure valuables before work begins.
- Ensure pets are safely controlled where necessary.
11. Damage and Liability
Our team takes every reasonable care while working in your property.
Any concerns regarding accidental damage must be reported within 48 hours of the service being completed.
Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided unless otherwise required by law.
We are not responsible for:
- Existing damage.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Hidden defects.
- Damage resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer.
12. Insurance

With your permission, we may take before-and-after photographs for quality records or marketing purposes.
